Dead Rising 2 moves the series to Fortune City and builds its story around Chuck Greene, the Terror is Reality broadcast, and the Zombrex supply keeping his daughter alive. Reviewed against all five categories, it carries none of the religious material that marks its siblings: the True Eye cult of the first game does not appear, there is no equivalent of the third game's seven deadly sins boss scheme, and its psychopaths are built on personal breakdown — grief, obsession, profiteering — rather than on doctrine or devotion.
